Hoolo is a native macOS file organizer that keeps your Desktop, Downloads, Documents, and project folders tidy—without hiding what it is doing.

Create clear, editable rules using file names, extensions, dates, sizes, tags, source apps, folder paths, and more. Hoolo can move, copy, rename, archive, tag, compress, or send matching files to Trash automatically.

Before changing anything, use Dry Run to preview exactly which files will be affected, where they will go, and whether any conflicts exist. Every completed organization can create an undo snapshot, so you can safely roll back when needed.

Hoolo can also run scheduled Dry Runs and generate standalone HTML reports that you can review in any browser. Recent reports and frequently used rules are available directly from the menu bar, making routine organization easy to monitor and control.
