About this tool
Fresco is Adobe's touch-first painter. Live Brushes simulate wet watercolor and oil in a way Procreate does not. Raster and vector brushes live in one document, and files can move toward Photoshop and Illustrator.
Now free for the core toolset. You still need an Adobe account. It is the right pick when the piece must stay inside Creative Cloud or when live media is the point. It is not a comic production suite.
