About this tool
Illustrator is the default professional vector tool. The iPad app is a real drawing surface for Apple Pencil — logos, lettering, and illustration — with cloud round-trip to desktop.
The iPad build is not a full desktop clone. Complex type and production files still finish on Mac or Windows. Do not use it as a raster painter; that is Fresco or Photoshop.
